Margaret Uhrich
Executive Director

Margaret Uhrich is a dynamic and successful entrepreneur with a passion for mentoring and inspiring teens to live the life of their dreams.

Her entrepreneurial spirit, energy and desire to mentor teens led her to co-founding TrueU Discovery. As Executive Director and Possibility Coach of this non-profit organization, Margaret draws on her psychology education, life coaching skills and training experience to assist teens in discovering their true gifts and talents.

Margaret’s life has been teeming with business successes, including founding a company that ranked in the Top 10 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Her business savvy and vivacious personality has enabled Margaret to develop business relationships that support fundraising activities for teens. This benefaction makes it possible for teens to receive scholarships to attend TrueU Discovery workshops and webinars.

In demand as an industry speaker, Margaret has spoken at the Delaware Women’s Conference, LaSalle University, E-Women Chapter meetings, Youth Work Foundation Career & College Fair, and various other associations. Margaret is an active member of the prestigious Union League of Philadelphia where she is Chair of the Youth Connection Committee and a member of the Youth Work Foundation Committee. She enthusiastically participates in many associations, including Wild Woman Entrepreneurs and eWomen Network.
